Zoning Clearance Permit Application
For fences six (6) feet or less in height, shipping containers, and commercial accessory structures (including tool and storage sheds) one hundred and twenty (120) square feet or less (shell only). A licensed contractor is required on all commercial projects.

Commercial Demo Permit Application
For commercial demolition or renovation activities. A licensed contractor is required on all commercial projects. Note: Applicants shall notify the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) ten (10) days prior to any demolition activity by submitting a ADEQ Asbestos NESHAP Notification Form. Please refer to the ADEQ Asbestos NESHAP Notification Form for ADEQ notification requirements and additional information.

Commercial Grading Permit Application
Any construction activity that impacts land of one acre or more is required by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to submit for permit to discharge storm water generated during construction activities. In addition, the Town of Camp Verde will require a Notice of Intent (NOI) and Authorization Number issued by ADEQ, prior to permit issuance. - Fire Protection Systems Permit Application
For the installation of water tanks, hood exhaust systems, fire alarms and fire sprinklers. Please fill out the appropriate CVFD application below and submit it to our department with this application.

For minor improvements of existing commercial buildings for either new or existing tenants and/or changes in occupancy. A licensed contractor is required on all commercial projects, and all construction documents are required to be drawn by a registered design professional. Up to six (6) sets of plans will be required at the time of project submittal along with deposit. Deposit is based on project valuation and consists of all applicable plan review fees, including building, engineering, fire, and zoning. Commercial Factory-Built-Building Permit Application
The Town of Camp Verde has an Intergovernmental Agreement (ISA) with the Arizona Department of Housing, Office of Manufactured Housing (OMH) to enforce the installation standards of manufactured buildings and factory-built buildings within the Town of Camp Verde. Permit fees are determined by OMH, and include up to three (3) inspections. Note: Permanent foundation plans must be stamped approved by the Arizona Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety, Office of Manufactured Housing (OMH) before being submitted.
- Commercial Roof / Ground Mount Photovoltaic Permit Application
For commercial photovoltaic installations make sure to include all equipment cut sheets with UL Listing information and Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions with construction documents. In addition you will need to complete the Fire – Solar Photovoltaic Permit Application below and submit it to our department along with this application.
