Mission Statement

The mission of the Town of Camp Verde's Planning & Zoning Department is to guide the physical development of the Town in a manner that preserves its unique characteristics and enhances the quality of life of the Town's present and future residents. This is accomplished by reviewing development proposals for consistency with the goals, objectives, and policies of the Town’s General Plan to ensure that it continues to reflect the needs and desires of the community. JULY 15, 2024 - WORK GROUP DRAFT ORDINANCE - SECTION 305.1

The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Special Session on September 5, 2024 at 5:00 pm. This Special Session will be a public hearing. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide testimony if desired. Written comments will be included in the packet for the Planning and Zoning Commission if received by August 26. Written comments may be submitted at any time by clicking the button below.
