  You may pay in person using cash, money order, credit card or debit card. The court does NOT accept personal checks.

• Pay through U.S. Mail-DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL
  You may send a money order or cashier’s check by mail. If you want a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

  • Lexis Nexis: Convenience fees will be charged
    • $2.50 for a Debit card
    • Credit cards the fee is based on the total amount being paid (from $3.00 to $50.00 per transaction)
  • AZ Court System: whether your case is in collections or you want to make a payment on a case. If you are in collections (FARE) there is no additional fee(s). If you wish to make a monthly payment or pay a traffic ticket there is a flat $5.00 convenience fee added. 
  •  
    • PayNearMe is a same day guaranteed transaction for only $2.99.  Cash payments up to $1,000 are accepted.
    • Bring your bar code to a participating 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar or Ace Cash Express to make a payment

If Your Fine has been Sent to a Collections Agency

Fines and Restitution Enforcement (FARE) – Follow the directions you received in the mail to pay online with a credit card or pay at the court. Payments should be in the form of a money order, cashiers check or cash. This will enable the court to provide you with an abstract for you to take to the MVD to have your driver’s license reinstated. If your case was criminal, payment in full may enable the court to quash any active warrants.
