The Town of Camp Verde maintains a list of all vendors who wish to do business with the Town. The Town will store your information electronically and contact you (usually by email) if a Request for Bids is being offered by the Town for the product or service you offer. The Town will retain your information for three (3) years. It is your responsibility to contact us if your address changes, telephone numbers (including changes in area code), etc. or to resubmit this form for another three years. You will not receive a renewal form when the three years has expired.
