Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at 473 S. Main Street in Camp Verde, Suite 106, unless otherwise posted.

• Regular Council Meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise posted.
• Work Sessions, if needed, are held on the second Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise posted.

The Town Clerk’s office coordinates the scheduling of agenda items, prepares the agenda, and produces a Council packet containing agenda reports and related documents. A Council packet is generally available by the Thursday prior to the meeting. Council packets may be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. Council agendas, packets, and minutes may also be accessed on the website.
