Posting Locations

Public Notices and meeting Council Agendas are posted in compliance with the State of Arizona’s Open Meeting Laws. Notices and/or agendas are posted a minimum of 24 hours prior to a meeting. An emergency may allow an agenda to be posted without a 24-hour notice. However, an emergency meeting will meet all statutory requirements. See the Arizona State Attorney General's Office.
