Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at 473 S. Main Street in Camp Verde, Suite 106, unless otherwise posted.

  • Regular Council Meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise posted.
  • Work Sessions, if needed, are held on the second Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise posted.

  1. Email Cindy Pemberton at cindy.pemberton@campverde.az.gov (Please submit all call to the public requests prior to the meeting.

Speaking during Call to the Public/Public Hearings

  1. Once the Clerk has confirmed that you wish to speak by previously submitting a request via email, On Zoom, you will announce your name. A 3-minute timer will commence.
  2. For any items not on the agenda, you may click the chat button and enter your name and the agenda item you would like to address. The Chat in Zoom will be preserved for public record inspection

The Town Clerk’s office coordinates the scheduling of agenda items, prepares the agenda, and produces a Council packet containing agenda reports and related documents. A Council packet is generally available by the Thursday prior to the meeting. Council packets may be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. Council agendas, packets, and minutes may also be accessed on the website.
