The Town of Camp Verde welcomes you and is committed to assisting businesses looking to locate or expand into the Verde Valley. Our Town offers the beauty of the Verde River, birding and recreation opportunities, and a temperate climate conducive to growing lush vineyards. In fact, the Verde Valley offers 13 wineries and tasting rooms. With a long history in agriculture, summer months offer a bountiful array of fresh fruits and vegetables at our local farmers market. Ranching, farming, light industry, trade and service companies, as well as Cliff Castle Hotel and Casino and town government, provide employment to the residents of Camp Verde.
With direct I-17 freeway access, no Town property or food sales tax, and no impact fees, Camp Verde is business friendly and eager to assist you with your needs. Having recently updated the Planning and Zoning Ordinance, many cumbersome or confusing processes have changed. We are a welcoming and responsive community; we are here to help and serve our businesses.

Gerry Ann
In 2002, after visiting her mother and brother in Camp Verde, Gerry Dillinger knew that Camp Verde was the place for her. Gerry was drawn to the sunshine and blue skies of the Verde Valley. Upon her arrival in Arizona, Gerry went to work as an Information Specialist for the Red Rock Ranger District Visitors Center in Sedona. She worked there three days a week until she was offered a job at the Town of Camp Verde Parks and Recreation Department as a receptionist. Gerry enjoyed this job very much, as it was closer to home and her specialty was working with the public. By 2010, Gerry retired after the Great Recession led to her position being eliminated. But Gerry loved working for the Town so much that in 2015, when she heard about the job opening at the Visitors Center, she came back to work as an Ambassador. Every day, Gerry enjoys interacting with friendly visitors and residents who stop by to see her.

Kristina loves the Camp Verde small town feel coupled with the unique history of the Verde Valley, picturesque views, and the strategic location to everything Arizona has to offer! Her favorite thing about working at the Center is getting to meet our visitors and share all our lovely town has to offer. Kristina definitely agrees Camp Verde is the Center of it All!
