Are you interested in learning about alternative health care? Join Dick Norred and other community members in a study group for an informal monthly discussion of a variety of topics on natural health on at 5:00 pm the 3rd Tuesday of every month in the library’s Founders Room. The primary focus of the group is to study the documented examples and scientific health benefits of local, GMO-free, organically grown, healthy, high nutrient food. A secondary focus may be on the health benefits of other healthy alternatives such as exercise, yoga, meditation, etc. As specific interests develop, the group will host 3-5 minute roundtable presentations by members. Then an outside speaker who is an expert in the field of health and nutrition, or a naturopathic doctor, would give a 30-minute presentation on a topic they are knowledgeable in.
This month we will show a podcast of Dr. Lorraine discussing how she cured Stage 4 Breast Cancer with a nutritional remedy.
