Join Dick Norred and other community members in a study group discussion of a variety of natural health topics on Tuesday, June 15th at 5:00 pm in the library’s Founders’ Room, and continuing once a month. The primary focus of the Study Group will be to study the documented examples and scientific health benefits of local, GMO-free, organically grown, healthy, high nutrient food. A secondary focus can be on the health benefits of other healthy alternatives such as exercise, yoga, meditation, etc.
Ideally, the group would be structured to allow for 3-5 minute roundtable presentations by the members for approximately one hour, then a study group member or outside speaker who is an expert in the field of health and nutrition, possibly even a naturopathic doctor, could give a 30-minute presentation on a topic they have researched.
The group will meet once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the same time and location.
