It is the Library's policy to answer questions and requests for information to the best of our ability and availability of reference resources. All questions will remain confidential. Staff will not interpret medical, legal or consumer citations.

• By Phone - Call Camp Verde Community Library at 928-554-8380 to ask a Reference Question or leave a message.
• In-Person - Visit the Library at 130 Black Bridge Road and ask for help at the PC Helpdesk.
• By Email - Submit a question, comment or appointment request to Library@campverde.az.gov. Library staff will answer your brief, factual question or set up a 30-minute appointment to help you identify appropriate library resources when needed.

Tax Information
The most commonly used state and federal tax forms and will be available at the PC Helpdesk. Library staff can print other forms you require at no charge. Instruction booklets are 10¢ per page. A complete selection of printable forms is available online.
