Mission Statement

The Camp Verde Library Endowment (CVLE) supports and promotes a permanent Endowment Fund to accept contributions for the long-term benefit of the Camp Verde Community Library. It was the intent of CVLE to establish a base goal of a $500,000.00 Principal fund. That goal has been achieved and now the principal amount has been increasing through management of the Arizona Community Foundation and its management agreement with the Camp Verde Library Endowment Board.  Library Donations and Gifts Policy

The LIBRARY welcomes the donation of current books or other library materials in good condition as an aid to increasing the Library collection or for sale in the Used Book Sale. Donations and gifts will be used in the best interest of the LIBRARY, and subject to the terms of the donation. The following guidelines are provided for donors. Learn more.

Friends of Camp Verde Library Donation Guidelines

Due to limited space, please follow these guidelines when donating to Camp Verde Community Library. 

We accept:

• Paperback and hardback fiction and nonfiction books
• DVDs and music CDs
• Audiobooks on CD
• Jigsaw puzzles

We DO NOT accept:

• Books more than 10-years old
• Tapes (video VHS or audio cassettes)
• Encyclopedia sets
• Textbooks
• Reader’s Digest condensed books
• Magazines
• Harlequin or Silhouette romance novels

Small donations in a bag or box that you can carry in your hands in one trip are accepted anytime during library open hours.

Large donations of more than one bag or box are accepted on TUESDAYS between 9:00a and noon.  Maximum of four bags or boxes each weighing less than 30 pounds.
