NOTE: Due to high demand for use of Library Rooms please extend us (and your fellow citizens) the courtesy of calling to cancel your room reservation if you are not going to make it. Someone else is very likely wanting to use the room and they will be very grateful for the opportunity.

Reservations may be made in person, by phone, email, or online. Check room availability at the Yavapai Event Services Calendar.

Prior to reserving a room, please read the Camp Verde Community Library Meeting Room Use Policy. To request a reservation, fill out and submit the Library Meeting Room Use Agreement. You will be contacted by staff to finalize and confirm the reservation. Requests for reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.
